In-Platform Feedback

Click the feedback icon in the top navigation bar to submit feedback, report bugs, or ask questions directly

Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the IoTFlows login page.

Go to login page

Click 'Forgot your password?'

Find and click the Forgot your password? link

Enter your username

Provide the username associated with your account

Check your email

You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password

Create new password

Follow the link in the email and create a new secure password

If you don't receive a password reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@iotflows.com for assistance.

Report a Bug or Request a Feature

We're continuously improving IoTFlows based on customer feedback.

To report a bug:

  1. Click the feedback icon in the platform
  2. Describe the issue with steps to reproduce
  3. Include screenshots if helpful
  4. Submit the form

To request a feature:

  1. Use the feedback icon or email support@iotflows.com
  2. Describe the feature and the problem it would solve
  3. Explain how it would benefit your operation

All submissions are reviewed by our product team. We may follow up for clarification or to notify you when features are implemented.
