What is SenseAi?

SenseAi is a plug-and-play vibration and acoustic intelligence sensor designed to bring real-time OEE and machine utilization monitoring to any industrial equipment — including CNC machines, press brakes, EDMs, packaging systems, waterjets, and laser cutting machines.

With no PLC connection or complex integration required, SenseAi enables you to connect all your machines to the IoTFlows platform in minutes.

Once installed, SenseAi delivers:

• Real-time machine status (running, idle, downtime)
• Automated OEE, utilization, and production insights
• Root-cause downtime analysis with operator notes
• Historical performance reports (day/week/month/quarter/year)
• Anomaly detection and shock severity monitoring
• Machine health trends via vibration KPIs (mean, RMS, standard deviation)

All data is encrypted in-transit and at-rest, ensuring secure communication and storage across the IoTFlows Cloud.
