Create a Device API Key

Any client/application running on your device that needs to communicate in real-time with the cloud (e.g. Node-RED, Python, JavaScript, iOS, Android, etc.) needs a Device API Key.

From the side navigation tab of the device page, click on Create Client. Set a name e.g. Node-RED and hit submit. Save the API KEY username and password in a safe location. You'll need to enter this information in your app.
